GPP Business Park is a complex of four energy-efficient office buildings (Goeppert Mayer, Stern, Alder, Bloch) in Katowice. It offers 30,000 m² of modern office space and 14,500 m² of production and warehouse space. We actively support and promote the development of sustainable civil engineering using state-of-the-art technologies such as trigeneration and co-generation systems, heat pumps, photovoltaics, which enable the minimisation of costs by more than 50% compared to standard office buildings. Our concern is for the comfort of our tenants while respecting the environment.
