Eco City Katowice was established in 2016. It is a special purpose vehicle responsible for the development of the Eco City Katowice complex with share capital of PLN 16,100,000 paid up in full.

Eco City Katowice is a complex of four energy-efficient office buildings (eco1, eco2, eco3, eco4), the construction of which began in 2020. The Katowice project of more than 34,000 m² is based on the design of an office space that, following the principle of Biophilic Design, will become a modern urban premise, with a complex of squares and paths integrated into the park greenery. Here, the Tenant can decide on their own where to work – in the office space or outside in a carefully designed green zone. The complex will include a leisure and recreation zone with a walking path, a park, a basketball court, as well as a separate employee integration area and a work zone.
